It is hard to believe the scale of the Chinese Furniture shows.
This show is scattered across the "Furniture Road" in Houjie, but the main complex (I think numbers 3-9) are in a large convention set up. Bring your walking shoes, there are so many manufactures, you are sure to find what you need.
The "Modern Furniture" complex was the most crowded area, and the furniture factories seem to have a feeling for trends. Good looking products and nice set ups.
It seems that a lot of buyers go to this show and the Guangzhou show, my impression is that there might be some lower priced factories here vs. Guangzhou, but I also found that many factories show at both events. There is also a show in Shenzhen at the same time, which I've heard was just as amazing as this, although maybe not quite as large.
This show is again primarily focused on furniture, they do offer decorative accents, and have a whole floor, where nice products can be found, but nothing near the amount that can be sourced a the canton fair. |
